Strength and conditioning coaches develop skilled exercise plans that specifically modulate aerobic, resistance, and/or flexibility training to suit the metabolic and physical demands of all sports. Aerobic exercise - coaches determine the type of exercise, duration of exercise, and frequency.

Resistance exercise – coaches determine the type of exercise, total session volume, rest period, frequency, and intensity.

Flexibility Training – coaches create skilled stretching routines

ARC specializes in treating professional, college and high school athletes. Our Doctors have successfully prepared and treated athletes for the NFL combine by conducting full body evaluations, improving strength, flexibility, range of motion, bio-mechanics, and joint integrity.
